At JamesDub Designs, we take pride in creating high-quality custom apparel, personalized gifts, drinkware, and accessories designed just for you! Because many of our products are made to order, please review the following policies before placing your order.

1. Order Processing & Production

Most JamesDub Designs products are made to order. Production begins only after payment has been received and the final design mockup has been approved, when applicable.

Our standard production turnaround time is generally 3-10 business days, depending on product availability, order quantity, and design complexity

Please note:

  • Production turnaround times do not include weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping time is additional to production time.

  • Larger orders, specialty items, and complex custom designs may require additional production time.

  • If your order is needed by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

We always strive to complete orders as quickly as possible without compromising quality!

Rush Order Processing: Need your order sooner? Rush processing may be available for an additional fee, starting at $10 per order. Availability depends on product requirements, material availability, order quantity, and our current production schedule. Rush orders must be approved by JamesDub Designs before expedited production is scheduled. Please contact us before placing an order if you have a specific deadline (see below for more information).

2. Design Mockups & Customer Approval

At JamesDub Designs, we want to ensure your custom order is exactly what you envisioned!

A digital mockup of your custom design will be provided for review and approval before production begins.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing their mockup and verifying all details, including:

  • Names, spelling, numbers, dates, and personalized text

  • Design placement, layout, and sizing

  • Colors, fonts, logos, and other design elements

  • Product selections, including apparel sizes, styles, and colors

Production will not begin until the customer has provided approval of the final design mockup.

If changes are needed, please communicate them before approving the design. We will work with you to make the necessary adjustments.

Once a mockup has been approved:

  • The approved design is considered final.

  • Production may begin, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

  • JamesDub Designs is not responsible for errors in spelling, personalization, layout, or other details clearly presented in the approved mockup.

  • Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges or production delays.

Digital mockups are visual representations of the finished product. Slight variations in colors, print placement, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, product materials, and printing processes.

Important: Customers must provide written approval of their final mockup before production begins. Approval may be provided through email, text message, or another agreed-upon written communication method.

3. Rush Order Processing

Need something sooner than our standard turnaround? JamesDub Designs offers rush order processing whenever our schedule and material availability allow!

Rush processing fees start at $10 per order. Final pricing is determined by order size, design complexity, required completion date, and any additional costs associated with expedited materials or shipping.

Rush processing may include priority scheduling, expedited ordering of blank products or supplies, and accelerated production.

Rush Order Requirements:

  • Rush processing is available by request only and must be approved by JamesDub Designs.

  • A minimum $10 rush processing fee applies to approved rush orders. Larger or more complex orders may require a higher fee.

  • Expedited supplier shipping charges, when necessary, are additional to the rush processing fee.

  • Rush fees and estimated completion timelines will be communicated before the customer approves the rush service.

  • Rush production begins after required materials are received, payment is confirmed, and the final design mockup is approved.

  • Rush processing does not automatically include expedited shipping of the finished product to the customer.

  • Rush availability and completion dates depend on the order's specific requirements. A requested deadline is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by JamesDub Designs.

Important: Please contact us before placing your order if you need rush processing. We will review your request and provide a quote and estimated completion date before proceeding.

4. Shipping

JamesDub Designs offers shipping throughout the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the products ordered and their shipping weights.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are displayed before checkout is completed.

  • Shipping timelines are separate from production turnaround times.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

  • JamesDub Designs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us so we can assist whenever possible.

5. Free Local Pickup

We proudly offer free local pickup in Perry, Georgia (31069).

To select local pickup:

  1. Choose the Free Local Pickup option during checkout.

  2. Complete your order and any required personalization details.

  3. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready.

  4. Follow the pickup instructions provided by JamesDub Designs.

Pickup arrangements will be communicated directly with the customer once the order is complete.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

6. Personalized & Custom Orders

Because our products are customized specifically for each customer, all personalization details must be reviewed carefully before production.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

  • Names, initials, and monograms

  • Jersey numbers and other personalized text

  • Dates, spelling, and special instructions

  • Product sizes, colors, and styles

  • Logos, artwork, and design preferences

JamesDub Designs is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer or errors clearly shown in an approved mockup.

Custom and personalized products are generally considered final sale once production begins, except in cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced items, or where otherwise required by law.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change!

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact JamesDub Designs as soon as possible.

  • Changes and cancellations may be accepted before production begins.

  • Once the final mockup has been approved and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

  • Orders requiring specially purchased materials may be subject to additional restrictions or nonrefundable costs, which will be communicated when applicable.

  • Changes requested after mockup approval may result in additional charges or delays.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed individually based on the order's production status.

Rush Order Cancellations: Rush processing fees and expedited supplier shipping charges may become nonrefundable once rush services have begun or expedited materials have been ordered. Any applicable cancellation restrictions or nonrefundable charges will be disclosed before the customer approves rush processing. Refunds and cancellations remain subject to applicable law.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Because most JamesDub Designs products are personalized or made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products due to customer preference or ordering errors.

Examples include:

  • Incorrect apparel sizes selected by the customer

  • Incorrect names, numbers, or spelling provided by the customer

  • Changes of mind after placing an order

  • Customer-approved designs

  • Personalized products that have already entered production

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by JamesDub Designs, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights customers may have under applicable law.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Your satisfaction is important to us!

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup, if possible.

When contacting us, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Once we review the issue, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include correcting the item, providing a replacement, or issuing a refund.

We reserve the right to request additional information or photographs to help evaluate a claim.

The requested 7-day reporting period does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

10. Colors, Sizing & Product Variations

We make every effort to accurately represent our products and designs.

However, please keep the following in mind:

  • Product colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.

  • Printing and customization processes may produce minor variations in color or placement.

  • Apparel sizing may vary between brands, styles, and manufacturers.

  • Customers should review the applicable size charts before ordering.

  • Minor variations that do not materially affect the quality or accuracy of a product are not generally considered defects.
